John Berry, CEO
John Berry is a relationship, business development sales guy to the core. As the Fearless Leader and founder of Berry Solutions Group, he is a total team player and no stranger to the true meaning of leadership.
As a 3rd generation Marine, John believes in three major characteristics of business and honors each of them in the mission of BSG –Quality, Service and Integrity. These, combined with his determination to provide a custom plan and strategy to every client, ensures that all levels of business are able to exceed their IT and network needs through the implementation of the latest technology.
John has years of technology and industry staffing experience including dual degrees in Technology & Business Administration and positions held in Business Development at Fusion Digital & Global Data Consultants previously. With these qualifications, John prides himself on finding the right candidates for his team with specializations in IT support and service, Technology Recruiting & Staffing, Network Service, Infrastructure design and Management support. He also strives to ensure that members of the BSG team have the right interpersonal skills necessary to match the individual client personalities and corporate cultures.
John lives in Everett, PA on his first generation farm with his High School sweetheart, his son & his daughter continuing to build on the Berry Family legacy.
Jarrid Magalich, COO
Jarrid Magalich's special skills include strategic engagement by evaluating current and future technologies to continuously improve operational efficiency, automation, and reduce costs for our clients. With a
proven ability to bridge together technology and business units, he assists in providing productive and efficient technical solutions. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and minor in Mathematics, Jarrid began his career in IT at Sheetz, Inc in Altoona, PA as a Programmer Analyst.
He held various roles including the role of DatabaseAdministrator until he was promoted to the Director of Infrastructure. Jarrid spent 23 glorious years at Sheetz and then moved on to be the Chief Operating Officer for a Managed Service Provider. When approached about joining John and Berry Solutions Group as Chief Operating Officer, he jumped at the chance.
On a personal level, Jarrid has several dogs and treats them all just as if they were his children.
Jeff Wilson, CSO
Jeff Wilson is a seasoned entrepreneur and sales executive with 28 years of successes and experience. Jeff began his career in the hard-driving advertising sales markets of Erie, PA, Washington, DC and State College, PA. Jeff’s startup Marketdrive Marketing created one of the first File Transfer Protocol applications in the television industry to allow advertisers to email broadcast quality commercials across
the internet, which in 2007 was ahead of the curve. Jeff worked with a network of digital information screens in the waiting areas of medical specialty offices which eventually sold to Accent Health, then again to Health Media Network.
For the past 3 years, Jeff founded an innovative tax credit business facilitating the Pennsylvania Educational Improvement Tax Credit program through a network of private and public schools in Pennsylvania.
Jeff lives in Bedford, PA with his wife, and daughters.
His favorite quote on entrepreneurship is from St. Augustine, “You plan a tower that will pierce the clouds? Lay first the foundation of humility.”
Rebecca Culp, Team Administration
Rebecca Culp is a “Jane” of many trades and jokes that she is indeed a master wrangler of all of the things, all of the time. After graduating from West Virginia Wesleyan College, where she received a Master of Business Administration and a BA in Arts Administration – Music, with Minors in Musical Theatre, Business, and the Honors Program (See, we told you. . .) Rebecca has a very diverse and interesting career journey. One common denominator for her is her love for people and processes to move things forward.
Her career began in Retail Management, then onto Print Sales, and Human
Resources, before joining Berry Solutions Group as the Administrative Lead. She enjoys using her spectrum of experience from all of her career opportunities to help manage the day to day operations
and tasks of the entire BSG team.
Having grown up as a proud ‘Army Brat’ the opportunity to work for a Veteran Owned Business was incredibly appealing and familiar to her.
In her spare time, Rebecca can most often be found on stage, involved in local music and theatre. She also enjoys traveling abroad, most recently to Namibia, and volunteering with her church and several other non-profit organizations in the community.
