DIRECTOR OF PHYSICAL SECURITY

Leonard started his journey by enlisting in the United States Air Force where he became an Electro-Mechanical Technician for the Minutemen Missile program. After his Air Force enlistment, he spent a few years with Greiner Security as the Installation/Service Manager. Then he went on to spend 30+ wonderful years with Siemens where he held various roles from Service Technician to Engineering Specialist before coming to BSG as Director of Physical Security.

Leonard has over 35+ years of experience in the Physical Security business that he brings to the BSG Team. Leonard is a motivated professional with a focus on customer satisfaction. With extensive knowledge and experience in the Electronic and Physical Security industry Leonard has a strong technical background in all aspects of the security industry. With an outstanding record of Federal, State and local government along with numerous commercial projects he brings extensive knowledge of project requirements and schedules to the BSG team. As Director of Physical Security, he leads by example to set our standards well above normal expectations and attain excellent customer satisfaction.

Leonard lives by the rules of “Do it right the first time”, “lead by example” and “mentor the next generation”. Without talented leadership we are failing the younger generation.

Outside of his Professional life Leonard, along with Lisa and their son Joshua reside in Bolivar, Pa. Together as a family they try to spend as much time as possible outdoors either hunting, fishing, hiking or just being outdoors. They also have a camp in Indiana County where they spend a lot of their leisure time enjoying the outdoors.
