Bruce Lebitz brings over two decades of diverse experience in Global Industry IT Operational Support and Service Management to the team, spanning across Education, Financial, Government, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Professional Services, and Utilities sectors. With a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills, Bruce has consistently identified and addressed operational deficiencies in various organizational roles.

In his recent position as Chief Technology Officer for the General Government Delivery Center within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Bruce established a Technology Services Office to provide strategic direction and guidance on technology services for 11 agencies. He spearheaded several successful initiatives, including ITSM process improvements, cost-saving measures in software licensing, and the implementation of a data migration strategy resulting in significant savings.

Bruce’s journey in the industry began at Global Data Consultants, where he met the owner, John, over 20 years ago. Starting as a desktop technician, Bruce quickly advanced to Director over Service Desk and Managed Desktop Support Services, leading a team of up to 70 employees in supporting 24/7/365 Global Multilingual operations.

Outside of work, Bruce resides in Shippensburg, PA, with his wife Heidi and their three children: Olivia, Zach, and Brienne.
